RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. The buyer must pay for the return if it is not covered by our warranty against manufacturer defects and the exchange is not due to our fault.

PLEASE NOTE: This warranty only covers manufacturing defects , it does not include:

Accident damage

Improper care

Normal wear and tear

Degradation of colors and materials through exposure to sunlight

Returns/exchanges of products in contact with water will not be accepted.

* The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodies, lingerie & nightwear, jewelry and accessories (except scarves & bags).

* The items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

* Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after your return is received at our return address. Once the refund is completed, we will send you a confirmation email.

* For returns that are not related to product quality, such as a change of mind or an incorrect purchase, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. This includes securing a shipping method and covering all related fees.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@watchesconsumer.com.
